Spring is in the air

Well I really feel as if we're coming out of hibernation. After the crazy end to last year (all good of course) and the lovely long break at Christmas and beyond, we're finally starting to get back into the swing of crafting again.

The first craft fair of the year for us was at the Bulkely Hotel, in Beaumaris, our first visit to this event too, so we set off full of excitment and a little nervous, the venue itself was stunning, perfectly placed, however maybe a little early in the season as the footfall wasn't great, however it's all good experience!!

Our second fair was in the Old Market Hall, Caernarfon, another first time venue for us, and what a venue, the Castle is magnificent, it was lovely to meet up with fellow crafters and also meet new customers, we'll be back there Saturday 19 April (Easter Weekend), can't wait.

In other news, our 'Otter Project' is now up and running and it has it's own page on our website, so I'll be posting updates as and when we manage to get a little more done, definately a labour of love!!

Still loving our fabulous workshop/shop at Parc Glynllifon, ( https://parcglynllifon.cymru/), we've already seen a number of first time visitors, looking forward to meeting up with old friends and making new as the year goes on!!

Some really great news, we now have a selection of our stock at Slate & Things/Llechi Phethau (https://www.facebook.com/SlateandThings?locale=en_GB), they have some fabulous crafts and gifts in store, and support a large number of local crafters, so thank you to Jon and Gill :) We've applied to a number of local businesses to become a supplier, so watch this space!!

And last but not least for this blog, Porthmadog Craft and Gift Fair starts again Saturday 29th March. It's at the Ganolfan, Porthmadog, and is the last Saturday of every month from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm, another great place to pick up some local crafts and gifts, with a fabulouse selection of stalls, lovely friendly stall holders too, we're booked in for every month so hopefully see you there!!,(https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100090029163546&locale=en_GB)
